The suitable candidate will have had previous experience managing a factory that operates on more than one shift, producing technical or engineering products.

Essential experience required: 

Working in a Lean Manufacturing environment

Managed large changes in a factory/warehouse/project environment

Introduced new processes and new employee onboarding

People management and resource planning

Creating, maintaining and responsible for £1,000,000+ budgets

Materials and stock management

Worked with MRP/ERP systems

Procedure and SOP creation

Bopas / ISO 9001 and 14001 environments

Management of Subcontractors

Management of technical teams – Design for Manufacturing (DFMA)
