Every Citu home is designed in-house by our award-winning design team, they design with space and natural light as their first priority for your new home. We are focused on the design outcome right from the beginning and never negotiate against the vision of what’s right for our customers. All of our early thinking and design ensures your homes location is always carefully integrated with nature and the wider place.
As part of this process we position your home for solar gain, optimising natural warmth, maximising energy efficiency while minimising the reliance on traditional energy sources. The timber frames for our homes are manufactured on-site at the Climate Innovation District in our own factory – this reduces transportation emissions and ensures a meticulous fit tailored to each home.
