Terms and conditions

New customers:

• Citu* will pay for your energy bills for a 2-year period.
• The 2-year period will commence from legal completion of your home and will end 2-years following.
• The offer is available on selected Citu homes in the Climate Innovation District, Stall and Kelham Central.
• The total amount contributed is subject to fair use policy.
• If the usage exceeds the fair use policy, you will receive a bill from Citu for consumption amount over the deemed fair use at the applicable £/kWh rate for that period. This offer will cease early if this excess is not paid within 14 days.
• If your property has an EV charging point, this is not included in the total amount payable in the 2-year period. You will receive a utility bill for this, and you agree to setup a Direct Debit as part of this offer.
• Data charges are not included. You will receive a utility bill for this and you agree to setup a Direct Debit as part of this offer.
• Energy bills include electricity and standing charges. Heating and hot water is served by this electricity.
• The offer is available on homes reserved between 5th January 2024 – 5th July 2024.
• This offer only applies to new reservations from 5th January 2024 – any existing reservations that are in progression to exchange or complete will not be included.

Current residents:

• Refer a friend to Citu and Citu Group Developments Ltd will pay for your energy bills for a 1-year period.
• Refer a friend to Citu* will pay for your energy bills for a 1-year period.
• The purchaser must not be registered with Citu Sales.
• The 1-year period begins on the date of the legal completion of the sale.
• Energy bills include electricity and standing charges. Heating and hot water is served by this electricity.
