We’re delighted to welcome Caitlin as the newest member of the Citu team. As Executive Assistant to Jonathan Wilson, Caitlin plays a key role in helping drive forward Citu’s mission by providing strategic support, coordination, and structure at the executive level.
With a calm, solution-focused approach and a sharp eye for detail, Caitlin brings both warmth and efficiency to her role, ensuring that plans turn into action and that the team around her can work at their very best.
Caitlin joins us with a varied CV which includes a Degree in Environment and Business ( including a focus on sustainability in a corporate environment). She trained as a geography teacher and has worked in local schools for the past 6 year. In her Head of Year role she focused mostly on social mobility and closing the gap in the most deprived areas. She thrives on organisation, loves solving problems, and finds satisfaction in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
“When I first learned about Citu, I was inspired by its ambition to create places that genuinely improve the way people live. Supporting a vision like that—and a leader like Jonathan—was something I really wanted to be part of.”

Caitlin’s role isn’t just about logistics—it’s about people. She believes that great communication and clear priorities are key to making meaningful progress.
“What excites me most is being part of a purpose-driven team. There’s so much thought and intention behind the way Citu builds, and I’m looking forward to helping create the space and focus needed for that creativity to thrive.”
Beyond the day-to-day, Caitlin is passionate about personal development and lifelong learning. She’s also a keen runner and enjoys exploring the outdoors whenever she can.
